Gloria Venczel is an an award winning  architectural, pedestrian oriented urban designer and registered planner. She has over 20 years of public, NGO and private sector experience in city building.She was the Founding Executive Director of the Smart Growth Canada Network,  past Urban Designer at the City of North Vancouver + past Instructor at the Royal Oak College, Vancouver  She is principal of Cityscape Design Inc., providing Cities Executive Coaching + consulting.

Scot Hein is campus urban designer and professor in the Master of Urban Design Program at UBC. He was previously the senior urban designer with the City of Vancouver, where his work focused on the downtown core on such initiatives as Woodward's, Southeast False Creek/Olympic Village, a New Housing Plan for Chinatown.

He was previously registered MAIBC and is a currently registered architect in the state of Washington. He holds degrees in environmental design and architecture and a minor in economics studies from the University of Kansas.

Tanya Paz is passionate about community planning - guiding governments, agencies, and companies through difficult behavioural, operational, + policy/bylaw changes to a better region. Working in sustainable transportation since 1999, Paz is considered one of the world's experts in shared mobility with 20+ years experience. Paz has worked in carsharing, ridesharing, bus sharing, + bikesharing.

Derek Lee  has worked with PWL clients and communities around the world to create vibrant places since 2004. As a landscape architect and urban designer with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from UBC, Derek brings expertise from years of work across North America, Asia, the UK, and the Middle East. 

Whether planning a new mountainside community, designing a downtown revitalization plan, or imagining an innovative waterfront, Derek’s goal is to improve people’s overall health and quality of life. 

Vance Leschuk, with over 22 years experience in real estate, has a vast array of skills and an outstanding track record or adding value for his client's real estate portfolio.

 

Recently, Vance negotiated a historic reassessment of social housing properties with BC Assessment resulting in millions of dollars in annual tax savings.​Vance has worked in both the private and pubic sector with some of the most prominent real estate related firms such as Deloitte & Touche and BC Housing Management Commission.

Greg Holmes is all about community building both as a volunteer and professionally with high profile respected non-profit organizations. His approachability and easy going nature enables him to build consensus and respect all view points. Most would describe Greg as an intuitive professional with the unique ability to identify challenges and plan a concise, logical approach to move forward.
